D-EDGE provides Hamamatsu hotel group with seamless technology
Japan’s luxury hospitality group Hiramatsu, signed an agreement with D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, a hospitality technology provider, to expand its international market share. Headquartered in Tokyo, Hiramatsu manages 7 hotels, 26 restaurants, ryōtei and cafes across the country. Japan being one of the most visited countries by international travellers, Hiramatsu required a global technology company with the latest knowledge to implement seamless infrastructure platforms to assist its hotels with global distribution, traffic generation and web conversion: the three fundamental pillars that drive business and generate higher-margin revenue.
D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions is honoured to have been selected for this project. The Digital Marketing/traffic acquisition programmes are designed to bring international travellers. Together with a responsive website, it maximises the conversion rate on the Central Reservations System. Within the CRS, the Booking Engine, with different languages and multi-currency, can convert lookers into bookers easily with connectivity to the payment gateway to complete the transaction.
