An exciting new ‘tribrid brand’ accommodation option has arrived in the Bavarian capital city. From today, business and leisure guests can choose from flexible short and long stay travel at Revo Munich.
The Revo hospitality concept (a mix of revolution and evolution) originally created by Vienna House will offer an inspiring combination of hotel and apartment style living. Revo, now part of HR Group Berlin, is a tribrid brand that blends hospitality, living and social ambition, offering a glimpse of what the future of travelling, living and working will look like.
Today’s travellers want more than just a bed and at Revo Munich, visitors can have it all. Choose from stylish, contemporary designed studios or loft style apartments with kitchenettes – ideal if you fancy breakfast on your own at a time that suits you. Stay for a day or stay for a month – it’s that simple. Revo Munich provides the best of both worlds – the luxury of hotel facilities with the comfort and freedom of an apartment. It’s all about flexibility; your stay, your way. Access to trendy communal work and social spaces, a wide range of concierge services, as well as the gym and fitness area is included.
With such an extensive offering, Revo Munich is sure to appeal to a wide range of guests such as long stay tourists, weekend visitors, overseas students and academics, local entrepreneurs and business owners. In particular it will tick a lot of boxes for the long stay business traveller looking for accommodation that satisfies their work, social and living needs all under one roof.
When a new hotel building directly becomes a landmark, this promises something extraordinary. This is the case with the new Revo Munich, which opened in Munich-Neuperlach this week after several years in construction. With 607 rooms, apartments and studios, it is one of the largest buildings in Munich, which will appeal to city travellers as well as long-term tenants – a fresh approach in the Munich hotel landscape.
“ Through community spaces which include a gym as well as a bar and restaurant, Revo is not only for the hotel guests, but also for the residents and Munich community – a brand new place for leisure or work.” explains Revo Munich General Manager Carla Lopes.
The impressive new hotel building consists of a residential tower about 50 metres high and two side wings that, together with the light-flooded entrance area, are arranged around a Feng Shui courtyard.
It is the community spaces with which Revo Munich opens up to its neighbourhood. The building is expressly designed not only for hotel guests, but also for residents in and around Neuperlach and Munich.
Carla Lopes added: “The Italian restaurant, the bar, the concept store, social staircase, the gym and the garden, among other things, will be open to the public. However, the other social spaces which are reserved for guests will offer home theatre, library, gaming and illusions.”
“Revo Munich is deliberately designed as a place where people come together. Social thinking and acting, interaction and co-operation create a culture in which everyone is included, whether team members, our guests and especially our neighbourhood. We also want to enrich the surrounding community and are already looking forward to people meeting at Revo for events, relaxation or enjoyment, and spending their time there.”
Revo Munich is designed to suit the needs of today’s modern society. For the new generation of business and leisure travellers, this innovative accommodation concept is set to bring a breath of fresh air for visitors to the city. Combining hotel, living and apartment services will allow guests to interact, socialise and work together, creating a natural community vibe.
In addition to the community spaces, Revo Munich offers its guests other handy services such as e-bike and e-car charging stations, laundry service and, of course, parking facilities for bicycles and cars.
Furthermore, guests who rent a room at Revo for a long period of time can also book a workspace in the ‘Work and Meet’ area providing privacy and a home office at the same time.
At Revo Munich, guests can design their stay to suit their needs and live as they please. This clever, creative new style of city accommodation is sure to appeal to even the most demanding of business and leisure travellers in 2023.
