Established in 1997, Golfasian is the leading golf tour operator in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos & Myanmar.
With the continuous growth we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our leadership team based in Danang, Vietnam.
Functions as the leader of the sales & marketing department . Provides day to day leadership to sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving golf booking goals and revenues. Oversees and manages the digital and online marketing strategies of Golfasian Vietnam.
Main responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Manager :

Manages the reactive and proactive sales efforts, monitors and motivates the sales activities of a sales team

Determines and develops marketing communication activities

Conduct customer, brand and product research to identify ways to grow and increase market share

Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share

Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy

Identify and support agents to successfully market and sell Golfasian services
-
Implements the brand service strategy in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships

Handles all incoming sales leads

Implement department’s recruitment and retention efforts; Conduct training on service standards for employees

In coordinate to develop and oversee the online digital marketing plan which includes all channels including web, social media and email marketing.

Responsible for the development, construction and implementation of new golf packages launches on the biggest golf community in Vietnam

Support the company’s customer service and relationship strategy, increasing customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service every time they interact with customers

Manages the development of a strategic account plan and implement sales forecast and revenue plans
Required Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of golf industry and client relationship management is an advantage

Ability to market and sell through B2B and B2C channels

Enthusiasm to work in a multi-cultural environment

Ability to effectively manage time and schedules

Ability to work independently and proactively as a member of a team
Qualifications:

University degree (or equivalent experience) in sales & marketing

Excellent level of English with verbal and written communication skills

8+ years sale & marketing experience
Prior sales and marketing experience in golf, leisure travel and hospitality industry is a major advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable as well as a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box, and still meet short term objectives while staying focused on long-term company success.
Outstanding leadership, proven financial stewardship, & excellent communication skills are a must. Preferred specialties include customer relationship management, social media engagement & interaction, and formation of strategic alliances.
