Job Description
The Content and Channel Manager plays a key role in delivering engaging and informative communications to Flight Centre employees across the UK and Europe. The role is also responsible for our core digital communication channels, including our intranet, social media and email, creating high quality content, maximising engagement, and measuring impact.
Accountabilities:
Support the Internal Communications Leader to create high quality communications across a wide range of media including email, PowerPoint, social channels, film, print collateral, surveys, events and the intranet.
Coordinate the timely release of brand communications
Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors, including graphic designers, camera operators and film editors, to produce high quality internal communications and training materials
Proof, edit and enhance communications from a range of support departments before releasing them to the wider business.
Work closely with the internal communications team to develop and deliver communication campaigns to support the roll out of new initiatives within the business.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or English
Minimum three years in internal communications or similar
Proven record of success in a PR of Public Affairs role
Good Presentation Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign
Knowledge of social channels including Facebook Workplace
Knowledge of SharePoint
