Travel Booking Assistant: This Barta Media Agency are currently seeking someone work from their inbox booking client holiday and product requests. Paying £23K, hybrid with their office in Central London.

Travel Booking Assistant, Responsibilities:
– Responsible for booking travel and requests for all products available.
– Ensure team mailbox enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
– Fulfil group / individual travel and product related requests
– Provide full admin support

Travel Booking Assistant, Skills Required:
– Previous experience in travel an advantage
– Experience within a call centre, customer service or operations role
– Excellent communication skills – written and on the phone
– Confident on the phone
– Strong Excel skills and competent in Word

Additional Information:
– Paying £23K + annual bonus up to £2K
– Hybrid with their office in central London. Working 10 days a month in the office.
– Working hours – Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm, but flexible hours after probation working 7.5hr day including the hours 10am – 4pm
– 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
