About the Opportunity
Flight Centre Travel Group operates a number of leisure travel brands in the Australian market, including Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Travel Money Oz. 
Reporting to the National Fit Out Leader, you will be responsible for the fit out of Flight Centre retail properties in Victoria.
The primary focus will be the roll-out of all new, refresh, refurbishments and any other construction-related activity with a focus on the retail business.
 
What You Will Be Doing
Project Management (Construction)
Delivery of all total construction of new, refurbished and relocated retail stores
Delivery of all total construction of new and refurbished commercial offices where required
Delivery of all administrative and marketing materials for business start-up of all retail brands
Management and delivery of all data and other related services for business start-up of all brands
Manage multiple service providers on site, both internal and external
Maintenance for the global brand in the delivery of all construction projects
Managing and programming of all works related to construction
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery
Control quality over end product across the Flight Centre brand in regard to the fit out of all outlets
Meet key timeframes for all installs
Project Management (Commercial and Process)
In conjunction with Property Procurement, responsible for the negotiation of best case price scenarios from building contractors
Maintain budget and cost variances through the life course of the project
Maintain key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
 
What You Will Need
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management in fit out/construction, preferably retail
Working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
Knowledge in building construction processes, standards and certifications
Degree / relevant qualification
