This well know travel company are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executives to deal with pre-departure queries and amendments. Paying £25200, based in Colchester.

Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive – Responsibilities:
– Dealing with inbound calls from customers
– Making amendments to customer bookings
– Answering any customer queries
– Chasing tickets

Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive – Skills Required:
– Previous experience within travel is essential
– Experience within a call centre corresponding with customers
– Excellent telephone manner.

Additional Information:
– Paying £25K
– Office based in Colchester
– Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30/ 09.00 – 15.30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays
