Working alongside our GM of People & Culture as the Leader of our passionate L&D (Learning & Development) Team you will:
Identify, implement, and drive FCTG NZs learning strategy including a Leadership development strategy
Lead the design and delivery of creative, innovative, and impactful learning solutions.
Ensuring the successful implementation of new systems
Develop our L&D team to achieve their personal and professional goals, and our business objectives
About You
To be considered for the role you will have:
Previous leadership training experience including content creation and/or FCTG senior leadership experience
The skill to create engaging and impactful learning solutions
Experience with building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to manage change
You will stand out from the crowd if you have:
An understanding of Learning and Development methodologies
A love of facilitating, coaching, and working as part of a high performing team
