About the corporate divisions and position on offer:
The corporate travel division of FCTG comprises a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM and Corporate Traveller. The direct team consists of 3 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. Work in partnership with the Global Marketing Automation Manager to build and maintain efficient and effective Salesforce/Eloqua integrations
Ensuring project and business needs are met. Ultimately delivering value for investment in the Marketing Automation product for the business.
Designing and building business solutions for marketing to ensure required Salesforce functionality exists and Integration between Marketing systems and Salesforce run efficiently and effectively.
Monitor, Manage and optimise current Eloqua / Salesforce integrations
Be the owner for data within Eloqua, working to improve data quality and accuracy
Responsibilities:
Help with the implementation and administer Eloqua and its integration with Salesforce.com for all Flight Centre Limited brands globally, including support areas
Manage the architecture of the Eloqua and Salesforce integration, including documenting business rules and system architecture.
Analyse the Eloqua / Salesforce configuration and provide recommendations to Corporate Marketing teams and the business on new projects and improvements to existing functionality
Maintain expert level product knowledge
Monitor engagement, usage, functionality fit, errors and issues for functionality of the Eloqua / Salesforce integration
Maintain data and infrastructure integrity as required for effective system integration.
Gather and document business requirements and solutions for Eloqua / Salesforce integration
Manage stakeholder expectations
Configure and maintain project solutions in appropriate system(s)
