An exciting opportunity has emerged in the Existing Customer Delivery team for an individual who is technically minded as well as a great team player. As the needs of our clients change and we implement larger portfolios we are on the look out for a Global Dedicated Support Team Manager. This Team Manager role will help to create and define a dedicated technical support team across all corners of the FCM business to assist clients who require bespoke support with their Technology. We are looking for someone who can confidently own and solve problems, be a superb communicator internally and externally, come to the table with ideas and most importantly show initiative to make this role their own and develop a team remotely. Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months experience at Flight Centre or 2 years Business Travel external experience – Essential
A comprehensive knowledge of the GDS’s and processes – Essential
Experience in a commercial or business environment – Essential
Online Booking Tool knowledge – Essential
Proven success in previous roles with direct client interaction – Essential
Proven delivery of internal projects and key issue resolution – Essential
