TMC Operations Manager – This well established small travel management company are recruiting for a hands on experienced Operations Manager. Role will be split WFH and their London office.

Operations Manager, Responsibilities:
– Management of the team of Business Travel Consultants
– Covering everything from recruitment, development, training, yearly appraisals and performance management.
– Maintaining a strong client and supplier relationship
– Maintaining telephone SLA and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports
– Hands booking all aspects of business travel

Operations Manager, Skills Required:
– Previous people management skills with the ability to motive and train.
– Ability to identify and create additional revenue opportunities
– Confident in all aspects of fares and ticketing including net/corporate fares
– Experienced in Galileo
– Knowledge of booking flights, hotels, car hire and general knowledge of world airlines and destinations
– Net and published fares knowledge
– Looking for an experienced Operations Manager, Supervisor from a SME or might consider a strong Senior Business Travel consultant looking for their next step.

Additional Information:
– Role will be split WFH and office based in London
– Working Mon – Fri between 8.30am – 6pm
– 22 days holiday
