Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant who has knowledge of luxury and tailor-made travel to join an award-winning independent travel agency based in Chester.

This well-established travel agency is looking for a travel consultant, travel advisor or travel agent who is very sales and customer focussed, passionate about creating luxury travel holidays and exceeding customers’ expectations to join their exciting Retail Travel Team. With over 300 different tour operators, as a luxury travel consultant you have the tools to build unique holidays offering recommendations on travel products including day trips and upgrades to enhance the customers holiday experience.

If you enjoy creating unique and luxurious itineraries for your customers, are motivated in going the extra mile and offer a high level of service throughout the customers holiday experience then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Be focussed on offering the highest level of service to all customers and provide them with the ultimate holiday experience
• Use your product knowledge and personal experiences to recommend and upsell to enhance the customers holiday and exceed their expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering unrivalled service to generate loyalty and repeat business
• Be able to deliver on personal and company sales targets by upselling, cross-selling and recommending products

Travel Consultant Requirements:

• Proven sales record and experience working towards targets
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell whilst maintaining the customers holiday requirements
• An extensive knowledge of travel products to recommend and enhance customers holiday experience
• Experience working in travel and tailor-making holidays to world-wide destinations
• Exceptional customer service and be able to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty
