Vietjet opens two direct routes to India
Vietjet is opening direct routes from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to New Delhi. To celebrate these new routes, the airline is offering thousands of super-saving tickets priced only from USD 0 in a special promotion.
As these are the first two direct flights from Vietnam to India, these routes will undoubtedly help passengers save a lot of time and money. The Ho Chi Minh City-New Delhi route will operate four return flights per week (every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) starting from 6 December, 2019.
Meanwhile the Hanoi-New Delhi route will operate three return flights per week (every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) starting from 7 December, 2019.
With direct flights from Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi to New Delhi (flying time for both flights is around five hours per leg), Vietjet has opened a huge amount of trade and tourism opportunities which will boost the economy of both countries while connecting India to Vietjet’s expansive flight network across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and many more ASEAN countries) and East Asia (South Korea, Japan, China).
Announcing the first routes to India, Nguyen Thanh Son, vice president of Vietjet said: “India is one of our priority markets and an important addition to our growing network.”
