Operations Manager required for an award-winning, experiential Tour Operator Salary up to 35K. This is a highly administrative, managerial role for an experienced travel industry post-sale, operations candidate.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the post-sale, operations team
Co-ordinate Client and supplier payments
Co-ordinate the client documentation system, permanently reviewing the process and making necessary changes
Checking accuracy on documentation
Organising client visa\’s
Write staff rota\’s
Overall responsibility for general office maintenance
Responsible for health and safety in the office

Operations Manager Experience:

Operations/Administration experience in the Travel Industry
Management experience desirable, but if you have several years of relevant experience this could be your step up
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail

Operations Manager Additional info:

Salary up to 35K
Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm
