Anantara Hotels and Resorts has announced the development of its newest villa retreat, scheduled to open in November 2018.
Anantara Quy Nhon Villas will be the third property on the group’s portfolio of luxury resorts in Vietnam. It will comprise of 26 one- and two-bedroom ocean-facing villas, amidst 7.2 hectares of landscaped tropical gardens, in a secluded bay in south-central Vietnam.
The new property is designed to seamlessly blend into the natural environment — a creative collaboration between HB Design and Marques and Jordy (M&J) architectural firms. Locally-sourced materials, traditional craftsmanship and regional influences were incorporated into the resort’s contemporary design.
Each villa at Anantara Quy Nhon Villas will come with dedicated butler services and customisable luxury amenities to put a focus on personalised service. Amenities and perks include preferred room scents ranging from lemongrass to green tea, the Anantara signature soap collection and an in-villa wine cellar stocked with fine vintages and delicatessen.
In addition, the dining outlets at the new resort will offer local seafood and regional flavours. These include Sea Fire Salt, an all-day dining restaurant with Salt and Wine Gurus; a swim-up bar with premium cocktails, Vietnamese craft beers and Cuban cigars; Anantara’s signature Dining by Design that offers “castaway” island picnics; and in-villa dining options that recreate a restaurant experience.
On the luxury resort is a signature Anantara Spa, perched high on the hillside overlooking the serene bay. It features nature-inspired treatment suites with double massage beds and oversized bathtubs.
Furthermore, guests will be able to take advantage of Anantara’s signature Balance Wellness and the Masters of Wellness calendar, which allows guests to book private sessions with alternative therapists who are trusted experts in holistic healing.
The resort is a 50-minute drive from Quy Nhon Airport (aka Phu Cat Airport) and a 20-minute drive from downtown Quy Nhon. Daily flights into Phu Cat Airport are operated from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
