In addition to its new properties on the island of Madeira, Pierre & Vacances offers a range of city breaks and seaside getaways in mainland Portugal with new residences in Lisbon this summer.
The VIP Executive Eden residence is in the heart of Lisbon’s old city in the Baixa Pombalina district. Formerly an Art Deco cinema, the residence offers large air-conditioned studios and apartments, all with free internet access. Its rooftop bar, terrace and swimming pool, provide the best panoramic views of the city of Lisbon. A seven-night self-catered stay is priced from £707/810€ in an apartment that sleeps two people.
Bookings are no longer restricted to seven-night stays departing at weekends. Instead, they can select the arrival dates and durations that work for them to make the most of short breaks and extended getaways.
As well as holidaymakers being able to save money on budget flights and trains that are available mid-week, the flexibility that Pierre & Vacances offers guests is ideal for those who are too busy or restricted on holiday time to go away for a whole week. Since not everyone works a Monday to Friday week and not everyone has children’s school holidays to work around, the company has modified the holiday time to suit customers.
