Dur Hospitality’s hotel operation division has launched its first annual roadshow.
The event kicked off in Riyadh on January 24th at Riyadh Palace Hotel, and will continue with upcoming visits to Jeddah and Mekkah.
This roadshow, which involves senior representatives from Dur Hospitality, aims to promote the company’s hotel operations expertise to high-value clients and partners, providing them with the opportunity to experience firsthand the international standards and unique services the hotels provide to the guests.
The event will also shed light on the award-winning Saudi-grown hotel brand, Makarem Hotels, owned by Dur hospitality.
The group recently launched a series of exclusive services including the spiritual concierge and the Karam Card, as well as a website in seven languages.
Dr. Denis Sorin, president of Hotel Operations at Dur Hospitality, said: “This event presents a unique opportunity to communicate directly with our valued partners and present to them our diversified services.
“We follow a systematic approach that ensures sustainable relations with our partners and with the help of our centralised sales services, we make sure we cater to our clients’ diversified needs.”
Dur Hospitality is committed to expanding its hotel portfolio, having recently signed agreements to operate two hotels at the Dar al-Hijra project in Medina.
Another franchise deal has been signed to develop and operate the first Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott properties in Yanbu.
