Etihad to launch daily flights to Bangalore

Etihad Airways will commence daily flights from Abu Dhabi to Bangalore on March 25. The decision follows the success of its current four services per week to Karnataka’s capital city, which commenced in January. Neerja Bhatia, Etihad Airways’ Country Manager in India, said: “This latest increase in our Indian flying is indicative of the huge confidence we have in this important market.”Etihad operates a two-class Airbus A320 to Bangalore, configured to carry 136 passengers, with 16 in Pearl Business class and 120 in Coral Economy class.A complimentary chauffeur service using Mercedes E class cars is available to premium class passengers flying in and out of Bangalore Airport. This limousine service operates in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad.
