Tauck now taking reservations for Oberammergau 2020 tours

Tauck has opened bookings on several 2020 itineraries that give gu ests the chance to experience the Passion Play, in the Bavarian town of Oberammergau.
In 2020, Tauck will include the Passion Play, or Passionsspiele as it is known locally, on two of its European land tours and two European river cruises.
The land tours that will include the performance will be the Romantic Germany and The Ultimate Alps & Dolomites, while the river cruises include The Blue Danube and The Romantic Rhine.
All guests visiting Oberammergau with Tauck will have premier seating in the Passion Play theatre, private tours of must-see sights and attractions in the area, and other exclusive cultural experiences.
Those who do not want to miss out on this opportunity can reserve space on their preferred itinerary and departure date with a deposit and then once the company has finalised the hotel arrangements and pricing in 2019, guests will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund of their deposit, or continue with their booking.
According to the operator, interest in Oberammergau for 2020 is running well ahead of 2000 and 2010, the past two occasions that the river cruise company has included the Passion Play in its itineraries, and officials in the Bavarian town expect approximately 450,000 attendees to view the Passionsspiele in 2020.
