Regent Hong Kong
A legend is reborn on famed Victoria Harbour, when Regent Hong Kong re-emerges in Q1 2023 from the most extensive transformation in its history. Redefining modern luxury, the majestic haven on Kowloon’s harbourfront will debut a serene and soul-rejuvenating aesthetic by Hong Kong-born design visionary Chi Wing Lo – each of its 497 rooms with oasis baths (including 85 suites), envisioned as a Personal Haven of tranquility.
Guests can look forward to immersing themselves in discreet luxury amidst alluring framed views of Victoria Harbour, as Regent Experience Agents curate uplifting moments of discovery including mesmerising Day-to-Evening Rituals as the skyline transforms into “A Symphony of Lights”. Within the Taste Gallery, guests will be able to savour innovative, multi-sensory experiences at the two MICHELIN star Yan Toh Heen, Harbourside, the Steak House, NOBU Regent Hong Kong, Lobby Lounge, and an indulgent destination bar. Guests can also rebalance both body and mind with a mystical and stimulating wellness experience at Regent Spa, and soak in the view from the infinity spa pools and feel like they’re floating on Victoria Harbour.
voco Ma Belle Danang, Vietnam
voco hotels officially makes its Vietnam debut with the opening of voco Ma Belle Danang. The hotel will seamlessly combine the seaside charm of the property with the quality and reassurance of a globally renowned brand. Guests are certain to enjoy the playful, personal touches running through the voco Ma Belle Danang’s design, its range of indulgent amenities, and its all-day dining offering when the hotel opens in Q2 2023. The brand’s signature ‘voco Life’ concept features strongly, with the hotel boasting one of the city’s only rooftop bars with an uninterrupted 360-degree view of both the ocean and the city – perfect for watching the sunset or the famous annual fireworks festival.
Hotel Indigo Saigon The City, Vietnam
Vietnam’s first Hotel Indigo will boast a central location along District 1’s Ly Tu Trong Street, just six kilometres away from the airport, and one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most timeless neighbourhoods — Ba Son. Just as no two places are alike, each Hotel Indigo is different. Kimpton Naranta Bali, Indonesia
Kimpton Naranta Bali will be the first Kimpton resort in Indonesia, cradled in nature and embracing a free-spirited design. Winding paths from the resort will lead adventure-seeking guests to spectacular hilltop vantage points. Slated to open in Q3 2023, this luxury boutique resort will feature 50 stunning villas, blending contemporary design, rich textures, and earthy tones with traditional accents and a luxurious patina. Regent Bali Canggu, Indonesia
Slated to open in Q3 2023, Regent Hotels & Resorts’ first resort in Indonesia, Regent Bali Canggu, will offer 150 guestrooms, infused with local design language artfully woven into the bold Regent take. Guests will immerse in alluring framed views of Bali’s spectacular Canggu coastline overlooking pristine waters, and will be invited to have Regent Experience Agents curate uplifting moments of discovery during their stay.
Dinso Resort, Vignette Collection, Thailand
At IHG’s Vignette Collection’s beautiful Dinso Resort, one can live out their eco-luxe dreams. Opening in mid-2023, the resort will offer a one-of-a-kind stay embedded with memorable rituals for every guest, with a commitment to support the Phuket community. Built mainly using wooden materials, the resort will be seamlessly integrated into its hillside surroundings and will welcome guests seeking a tranquil, nature-based getaway. Guests seeking something different in the vibrant Patong strip can look forward to a barefoot luxury experience, with a choice of 148 rooms and suites and 26 tree-top pool villas offering stunning views of the Patong coast.
Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park, Malaysia
Hotel Indigo will make its debut in Q3 2023 in the heart of Malaysia’s capital city with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park, a 180-room property located at the base of the picturesque Bukit Nanas. With greenery from one of the country’s oldest forest reserves woven throughout the hotel to bring the forest inside, memorable features will include an interactive Green Wall in the lobby and a Secret Garden. From the use of distinctive local ingredients in its dining selection through to graffiti walls made in collaboration with local artists, Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park promises to provide guests with an inspiring mix of cultures and experiences.
InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, Thailand
The new-build InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit debuting in Q3 2023 will be located 60 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and will be less than a 5-minute walk to the skytrain BTS station connecting to the famous Emquartier and Emporium department stores. The newest addition to the Thonglor district will showcase luxury Thai craftsmanship with its design, and feature 241 guest rooms and the Club InterContinental lounge. The hotel will also house two restaurants and three bars, The Spa by Harnn, and two daylight flexible meeting and event venues.
InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping, Thailand
InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping is a conversion of the prestigious Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, which has been at the forefront of Chiang Mai’s hospitality scene for more than 30 years. The hotel, which is set to open in mid-2023, will portray the timeless and lavish beauty of the Lanna era through a modern luxury lens. Located in downtown Chiang Mai, the hotel will be situated near the historic site of Tha Pae gate, Wat Chang Kong, and other key tourist attractions, making it convenient for guests to explore and immerse themselves in local cultural or shopping excursions.
InterContinental Bangkok, Thailand
The anticipated reopening of the transformed InterContinental Bangkok post a multimillion-dollar renovation is scheduled for early 2023. An overhaul of the accommodation, public areas, restaurants, and event spaces will introduce an understated luxury with a sophisticated and modern design throughout the hotel. Dining experiences will bring a fresh introduction to the city – with California cuisine at SoCal; the reopening of Bangkok’s first steakhouse Fireplace Bar and Grill with a fresh new look; and authentic Cantonese cuisine at Summer Palace. A dedicated Wedding Studio along with a refreshed event floor featuring 19 venues will be the social hub of major meetings, events, and celebration. The hotel’s largest venue will incorporate one of the city’s only 4K LED screens to support and enhance corporate and social events.
