The 220-key Dream Hotel, found on the white sand beaches of Boracay – recently rated third best island destination in the world by Condé Nast Traveler magazine – is a major signing for the ambitious hospitality group, who expect the property to open in March 2020.
“We are very pleased to announce Dream Hotel Group as the centerpiece of Carabao Island, the newest extension of greater Boracay in the Philippines,” said Francis Aguilar, developer and chairman of SkyCity Leisure Resorts Inc.
The Dream Carabao Island project will anchor an integrated gaming and adventure resort spanning more than one million square feet and will feature 220 guest rooms and suites, including 100 ocean view villas, multiple dining and nightlife venues, an 18,000-square-foot wellness spa and fitness center and access to extreme water sports and some of the best dive spots in Asia.
“SkyCity is an innovator in the Philippine leisure market, and we look forward to expanding our presence with them across the archipelago,” added Kevin Wallace, managing director of Asia Pacific, Dream Hotel Group. When open, Dream Carabao Island will mark the seventh hotel to join Dream Hotel Group’s ever expanding Asian network.
